The God Culture has been following the Zadok Way Qumran Calendar for several years. While we do not agree with every aspect—such as the start of a biblical day—we appreciate its foundation in the Qumran scrolls. This year, as the twelfth month concludes, an additional week has been inserted to reconcile the transition into Abib 1. Though we have not yet found direct documentation addressing this adjustment, we are actively researching it. At this stage, we find a full 7-day reconciliation to be the most biblically sound, as adding any other number would break the Sabbath cycle of sevens established since Creation. We will be covering the scriptural basis for this reconciliation in our upcoming research. This is the reason we have held back from releasing a calendar this year.
We recognize that different believers follow different calendars and dates. Let us be clear: we have not yet developed or studied a perfect calendar, but we firmly believe that as knowledge increases, clarity will emerge. In the meantime, what truly matters is that we honor and keep the biblical feasts, just as Paul adamantly instructed (Acts 18:21).
